REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with one or more products upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to return the items to us. Beyond this period , the products delivered will be deemed to be compliant and accepted by the Customer. From then on, Vall may reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds.
You can request a refund for your order, provided that the items are returned in their original packaging, with labels and unworn.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be refunded and will be returned to you. No returns by cash on delivery will be accepted.
In the event of a refund, Vall will reimburse the Customer for all payments received excluding delivery costs. The costs resulting from the transport of the products on the return flow will also remain the responsibility of the Customer.
In the event of a request for a refund of the order, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Vall will reimburse the amount of the returned items, excluding delivery costs, within a period of less than or equal to 14 days following the date of receipt of the returned package. Return costs will be automatically deducted from the refund.
Trades - We do not offer exchanges on our site. For a new size, another model, or another color, we invite you to return the item by making a return request and reordering on our site.

To make a return request, the Customer can use the form available on the page.
Following a return request, the customer will receive an acknowledgment of receipt including the return slip that the Customer must attach to their package. No returns will be accepted without said return slip duly completed.
