Shipping policy

The delivery time corresponds to the time shown when selecting the delivery method, as provided by our carriers. Delays caused by the carrier cannot result in compensation or reimbursement by Vall Paris.

Please note that preparation time is not included in the delivery time. Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. This time may be extended during periods of high order volume, such as holidays, Christmas or collection launches.

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, Vall Paris cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the ordered products.

Delivery information and tracking details are sent by email after shipment whenever available.
