- Return conditions

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with the labels attached to the items.

Returned items must be new and in saleable condition. They must never have been washed, treated or altered in any way.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. For any return request, please contact us by email at contact@vallparis.com before sending your item back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
